    Wilsonville Chevrolet failed to properly test my vehicle and rejected warranty coverage for my 2016 Chevy Volt. I provided photos showing the Volt battery was beginning to fail long before the end of the warranty period (photos and inspection details). But the service advisor (Rick) claims the Chevy factory rep also denied warranty coverage, yet provided no written account from the factory. Wilsonville service rep Rick admitted they were unsure if the Volt battery was failing or if the BECM had failed. In other words, the Chevy dealer could not or would not determine what was wrong with my car and then claimed they "could not test the battery". I had to tow the Volt to another dealership to do a proper battery test and confirm the battery was the issue. Wilsonville Chevy failed to provide basic testing service to confirm the problem, did not provide a written test of the hybrid battery, and refused to cover the Volt under warranty or give me proof of warranty denial from the Chevy factory rep. Total cost to the customer: $185 for "diagnostic service" that was inconclusive and tested nothing.

    Rick in service signed me in and got the process rolling. Mark the person that changed my oil came out and talked with me. Great guys I also talked to James in sales. What an awesome experience!

    Rick and Technician always go above and beyond. I can count on them to take great care of my corvette. On this visit I forgot to mention my tire air pressure was low. At the completion of service I noticed it had been corrected without asking.

    I had a hassle free buying experience with James. I purchased an Equinox EV which was my first EV purchase. James was very knowledgeable about the car and took the time to demonstrate and explain all of its features. He also answered all of my questions during the buying process which was a bit more difficult because I was out of town on a business trip. James had everything ready when I arrived to pick up the car and the entire process was fast and easy. James was great!! I would definitely buy here again.
