I brought my 2023 Corvette in for an oil change and routine maintenance. The vehicle has extremely low mileage, a white interior, and is kept in immaculate condition. When I arrived to pick it up, I was extremely disappointed to find grease and grime on the white seats, steering wheel, and center console. Really? This is not how I expected my vehicle to be returned after servicing. Before leaving, I pointed out the condition of the interior, and the staff cleaned it while I waited. While I appreciate that they addressed the issue, it should never have happened in the first place. My vehicle had been sitting on the lot after the service was completed, so there was plenty of opportunity to inspect it and ensure it was returned in the same pristine condition in which it arrived. A little attention to detail and respect for a customer's vehicle goes a long way. Unfortunately, that was missing from this experience. Very disappointing.

I had a great experience working with James. First, he "got me". Right away he listened to not only the words I was saying but to how I was saying things. Right away he understood what was important to me and what was not. He met my needs without trying to change my mind or up sell me. And he was patient with me. He gave me his time and didn't rush me. I am more than satisfied with the purchase of my truck. And it feels so good to drive around and think "yeah, someone listened, someone got me ".

In short. Everything went as expected.

The repair on our car was completed promptly and efficiently. The staff is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Wentworth Wilsonville Chevrolet really takes care of their customers!
